Description

Whiz it up. Keep in fridge. Put on EVERYTHING.

Ingredients

2 small plum tomatoes
2 red hot chili peppers
 Bunchcoriander leaves
1 lime
1Pinchsalt

Instructions

Cut tops of tomatoes and discard. Cut tomatoes into a few pieces. Cut tops off peppers and discard. Cut peppers into a few pieces. Add to mini-chopper with coriander, salt and juice from lime. Whiz until homogeneously minced into a near paste.

Notes

Good on: scambled eggs, fried fish, grilled chicken, tortilla chips, and everything in between.
