Description
this is a sweet and savory one-pot dinner to keep you going through the cold months
Ingredients
| 400 | Gram | black pudding |
| 400 | Gram | brussels sprouts |
| 3 | apples | |
| 2 | knobs of butter | |
| 1⁄2 | Cup | wine or vinegar |
Instructions
- steam the brussels sprouts for 10-15 minutes
- slice the apples
- get a big pot; put on a medium burner; put butter and black pudding in the pot
- put apples in the pot, too
- add the brussels sprouts
- add the wine or vinegar
- cook for another half hour or so, turning the black pudding at least once. be careful that you don't tear the casing, but it actually doesn't matter if you do.
- serve with salt!
Notes
you can slice the black pudding beforehand but it's not necessary
