A college classic that keeps on giving
Ingredients
- 2 cn black beans (or equivalent dried)
- 1 c rice
- 1 chorizo/sausage/keilbasa/whatever
- 1 spices of some description, including cayenne pepper (the red powdered stuff)
- 1 salt, to taste
Instructions
cook beans with the spices and salt.
fry the meat in another pan with some oil. add onions or garlic if you want.
start the rice.
add meat to beans.
add meat/beans to rice.
PROFIT.
