Description

My family's traditional Christmas morning breakfast

Ingredients

10 oranges
1 Coconut
1 grater
1 sharp knife

Instructions

Grate the coconut.

With the oranges, you just want the quivering, inside, juicy parts - not the peel (obviously) but also not the translucent white casing that covers each section. In order to accomplish this, use your sharp knife to remove the peel, making sure to take the casing with it. Then cut into each section, leaving the casing behind. This isn't easy. You can try to cut just inside the casing of a particular section, down towards the middle of the orange, and then squidge your knife over a bit and pull the interior of the section away from its casing on the other side. You'll have to experiment.

Mix together and serve in bowls.
