Ingredients
| 1 | Litre | water |
| 70 | Gram | sugar |
| 50 | Gram | mint |
| 1 | Teaspoon | orangeblossom water (optional) |
| 5 | lemons, juice of |
Instructions
Pick the mint leaves. Make sure you get rid of all the stalks otherwise you end up with loads of bits in your straw. Put all the ingredients in a blender and buzz for at least three minutes.
Notes
Add a splash of Rum for a Syrian Mojito.
