Magical Reviving Digestion Restoring Sunday Smoothie
Description
This multi-fruit smoothie with soy milk will make you feel happy, I promise.
Ingredients
- 4 Strawberries, finely chopped.
- 4 Blueberries, finely chopped.
- 1 Banana, finely chopped.
- 3 sli Papaya if you have nice papaya available. Did you know papaya is good for the sinuses?
- 4 Blackberries, yes you've guessed it, finely chopped.
- Any other fruit you have in the fridge or need rid of, unless you anticipate a flavour clash.
- 1 sli Ginger, if you like, fucking finally chopped.
- 260 ml Soy milk, whatever your brand is.
- Squirt of runny honey, to your preference.
- 1 Aloe vera juice, if you are feeling hippyish/healthy, this is not meant to be guzzled so only a little
Instructions
1. Put the fruit and all solid ingredients into a pint glass or if you want to share this measure (basic recipe makes a pint) then use a jug.
2. Pour the soy milk into the mixture until it is as full to a point that makes you contented.
3. Add the honey and the aloe vera juice.
4.. Get an electric whisk or some such device (I don't have a smoothie maker, maybe you do!) and liquidise the entire lot. I use one of those long thin two part electric whisks with the small blade on them. V easy to wash and does a brilliant job. 5. Enjoy with a newspaper or a record you like or a book.
Notes
Aloe vera juice tastes like shit and is only meant to be consumed in capfuls, remember this. This smoothie is a great way to drink it tho without having your mouth taste of cheap shampoo.
