Ingredients

1Cupdried mango
1 1⁄2Cupdry shredded coconut
1Tablespoon (Metric)vanilla extract or vanilla pod

Instructions

With a pair of scissors, cut dried mango into pieces. Soak in 1 cup water of warm until soft (10-15 mn). Retain the water. Blend all the ingredient together. You might need to add more water for your blender to be able to process it.
