Description
So Yummy! & made in 5 minutes
Ingredients
| 1 1⁄2 | Cup | soaked cashews |
| 10 | Tablespoon (Metric) | water (to add to the recipe) |
| 4 | Tablespoon | agave syrup or maple syrup (prefer agave for this recipe) |
| 3 | Tablespoon | coconut oil melted (liquid form) |
| 1⁄2 | Teaspoon (Metric) | vanilla extract or shredded vanilla pod |
| 1⁄4 | Teaspoon | salt |
| 4 | Tablespoon (Metric) | cocoa powder |
| 2 | Tablespoon | dry shredded coconut |
Instructions
Blend everything together. Start with 4 tablespoons of chocolate, taste it and add more if you want to.
It can be too thick, so add 1 or 2 tablespoons of water. But some people like it really thick but I don't and if you add a bit more water, you'll end up with more of it.
Notes
To soak the cashews: leave them in water for 2 hours. If you don't have the time, it's not a big deal. Discard the water you've used to soak the cashews - don't use it for the recipe.
If you don't have both coconut oil and dry coconut flakes, you can easily use the one you have and add more.
Serve in shots
Add a raspberry on top or sprinkle some desiccated coconut to make it really nice.
