bextartar - what is the 411 with this

what the hell? i got a recipe with this in it. what does it do? what is it? if i don't have this or can't find it, what should i substitute?

The recipe made of this bextartar is very tasty. I love to make the things due to this. strep throat symptoms
It's cream of tartar, isn't it? Have you got any of that? If not, you can substitute some liquid for a more acidic liquid - vinegar or lemon juice or soured milk - if it's the sort of recipe that will let you do that. 3tsp lemon juice for 1tsp cream of tartar, I think, as a starting point.
